Divorce is never easy, but if you and your spouse are able to work to agreement on all areas in your divorce, and submit signed document outlining those agreements, the Court will consider granting you an Uncontested Divorce.
An Uncontested Divorce means both parties agree on:
- Property Division (including homes, retirement plans, vehicles and debt)
- Child Custody
- Child Support
- Parenting Time
- Spousal Support
The Court will review the agreement for fairness, and if it addresses each issue to the Court’s satisfaction, an Uncontested Divorce will be granted based on that agreement.
